Consultant – Business Experimentation (Advisors & Consulting Services)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as a Business Experimentation Consultant. You will work with global clients across industries to design, run, and interpret data‑driven experiments that shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on client projects spanning multiple sectors and problem statements.
• Develop and execute business experiments using Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform.
• Collaborate with senior delivery consultants to identify insights, prepare presentations, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a reliable partner throughout the engagement.
• Guide clients on adopting Test & Learn® capabilities and drive competency development.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and presentation delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform.
• Familiarity with data science tools and predictive analytics concepts.
