Director of Product Management – Open Finance (Lending & Credit Risk)

About the role

Mastercard’s Open Finance team is looking for a senior leader to shape the future of lending and credit‑risk solutions. As Director of Product Management you will drive strategy, modernise core platforms and expand the adoption of Mastercard Credit Intelligence across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define product and distribution strategies based on market dynamics, customer needs and competitive insights.
• Modernise the Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) platform for high performance and rapid innovation.
• Grow Mastercard Credit Intelligence through Open Finance, increasing adoption and new solution development.
• Co‑create lending and credit‑risk solutions with strategic partners to deliver differentiated market‑leading offerings.
• Embed Mastercard lending capabilities within key platforms and ecosystems to enable seamless access for lenders.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented problem solver who translates customer needs and market trends into clear product roadmaps.
• Strong communicator and collaborative leader who works with engineering, data science, design, legal and compliance teams.
• Commercially minded with a proven record of bringing products to market or scaling technology partnerships.
• Familiarity with US lending regulations (e.g., FCRA, CFPB) and ecosystem participants is strongly encouraged.
• Experience in product management, technical product management, product development or product strategy.
• Expertise in lending, open finance or related banking and technology ecosystems in the US market.
