About the role

We are seeking a personable and detail‑oriented Hospitality Experience Coordinator to guide clients through every step of their travel and hospitality journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial inquiry to the final confirmation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client preferences and requests to tailor recommendations.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services.
• Coordinate reservations, modifications, and special requests.
• Communicate updates, confirmations, and important information to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Follow up on pending details and upcoming arrangements.
• Liaise with hospitality and service providers as needed.
• Provide responsive, professional support throughout the client journey.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with high attention to detail.
• Organized with solid time‑management skills.
• Comfortable conducting online research and learning new digital platforms.
• Reliable, professional, and responsive in client interactions.
• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
