Listing Coordinator – Short‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise short‑term rental listings across major platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com. The role blends property‑management knowledge with marketing expertise to maximise visibility and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise property listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that attract guests.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise and enhance property photos, captions and listing order for better conversion.
• Collaborate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listing data reflects the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark listings.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rentals, property management or listing management.
• Strong written English and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel‑manager tools such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully or Lodgify (optional).
• Basic SEO knowledge and listing‑optimisation principles.
• Experience with revenue‑management tools like PriceLabs (optional).
• Basic photo‑editing tools (e.g., Canva) and ability to curate visual content.
• Data‑analysis skills to evaluate listing performance.
