Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join its growing team remotely across Latin America. You will work on diverse software projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Define project goals, objectives, and schedules that align with business strategy.
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop, track, and document all project aspects, including scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate project quality metrics and progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and resources.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
