Virtual Assistant for Short-Term Rental Management

About the role

CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage short‑term rental (STR) properties for US‑based clients. You will handle daily operations, guest communication, and coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of STR properties on platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Handle guest communication, booking inquiries, check‑in/check‑out instructions, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain reservations, availability calendars, and listing updates across multiple booking platforms.
• Coordinate cleaning crews, maintenance vendors, and property inspections between stays.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and performance metrics to support revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in short‑term rental property management or vacation rental operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple properties.
• High attention to detail and a guest‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Practical use of property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify or Hostfully.
• Familiarity with revenue management tools like PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing.
• Experience coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers.
