Associate Managing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team. You will work on performance analytics projects that combine management consulting, data assets, and in‑house technology to deliver strategic insights for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements across consulting, Test & Learn, digital marketing, and data analytics.
• Generate hypotheses, structure workstreams, and design analyses to solve client problems.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project activities, synthesize findings, and create compelling recommendations and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with mid‑level client stakeholders and assess change readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to intellectual capital and solution development.
