Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for BairesDev’s clients and employees. Working remotely, you will leverage your knowledge of global travel regulations, cultural nuances, and visa requirements to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa laws and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate with relocation firms, international agencies or government officials.
• Document, update and propose enhancements to travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.

• English (professional proficiency).
