About the role
Mastercard is looking for a senior leader to drive the growth of Corporate Solutions Services across the AP‑Europe‑EEMEA region. The Director, Services Lead will define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, expand the service portfolio and embed AI‑driven offerings to create new revenue streams for commercial customers.
Key responsibilities
- Expand existing services to CNPF (e.g., SSO, Loyalty, Deploy) by calibrating value propositions and GTM; pilot with anchor clients.
- Build a segment‑led service roadmap, delivering 2–3 new flagship offerings in partnership with product, studios, and analytics.
- Scale portfolio optimization by codifying best practices, embedding governance and sharing playbooks across regions.
- Develop and execute the services GTM strategy, including segmentation, value proposition, packaging, pricing and channel motions.
- Own the CNPF services sales pipeline for AP‑EEMEA, forecast accurately and maintain healthy coverage ratios.
- Coordinate post‑sale execution with the Services Delivery team to ensure time‑to‑value and quality outcomes.
- Embed AI as a competitive advantage by partnering with acquired SaaS businesses and internal platforms to launch AI‑enhanced services.
- Establish a single source of truth for services revenues and pipeline; run monthly performance cadence with KPIs and root‑cause analysis.
Required profile
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven experience scaling a high‑value services business for commercial customers.
- Strong partnership skills with product, sales, delivery and account teams.
- Ability to accelerate pipeline growth and lead executive client engagement.
- Experience identifying M&A opportunities to strengthen a services platform.
