About the role

The Dishwasher ensures proper and efficient cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas within the island operation, complying with local public health regulations and supporting guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers, maintain clean and organized work areas, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues.
• Stock and restock clean supplies and utensils, and ensure safe, temperature‑controlled storage of products.
• Assist in set‑up and break‑down of special events as directed by management.
• Maintain cleaning supplies availability at the start of each shift and support team members in keeping the area tidy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 to 6 months experience as a utility/kitchen steward or similar restaurant role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 7 days a week, stand for long periods, walk long distances, and lift over 25 pounds.
• Must pass a basic safety course and hold a food handler’s certificate.
