Lifeguard – Beach & Pool Safety at Harvest Caye

About the role

Join the team at Harvest Caye, a premier Caribbean island destination, as a Lifeguard responsible for ensuring the safety of guests on the beach and pool areas. You will also promote island activities and support guest services during cruise ship visits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain beach and pool safety for up to 4,000 cruise guests per day.
• Monitor swimming areas, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies.
• Promote and sell island activities, coordinating tour dispatches as needed.
• Assist with clerical duties and guest inquiries.
• Provide high‑quality customer service throughout ship operation days.
• Collaborate with other lifeguard team members and adapt to supervisor directions quickly.
