Operations & Customer Support Specialist (Credit Bureau Operator)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Customer Support Specialist (Credit Bureau Operator) to provide first‑line technical assistance, manage data‑subject rights requests and support the delivery of credit‑reporting services to B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to customers for technical onboarding, account activation and internal administrative procedures.
• Monitor and report issues in testing and production environments, coordinating with customers and service providers.
• Train stakeholders on data submission requirements and credit report utilization.
• Analyse customer requests, translate business needs into actionable tickets for internal teams and follow up for timely resolution.
• Independently manage data‑subject rights requests from receipt through collection, analysis and response, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support marketing initiatives and manage social‑media activities related to CRIF services.
• Assist in preparation, verification and distribution of invoices.
• Collaborate with partners to identify new distribution channels and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer relations, customer success, operations or B2B financial services operations.
• Experience in lending, fintech, digital finance or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of credit markets and financial products is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
