Public Area Attendant – Guest Services

About the role

The Public Area Attendant ensures that all guest‑facing spaces on Harvest Caye are clean, welcoming and ready for use. Working on a premier Caribbean island destination, you will interact directly with guests, providing a warm and professional service that reflects the high standards of Belize Island Holdings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all public areas, including pools, beach zones, lounges, and nature center facilities.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks for guest villas, pool decks, and departmental offices as assigned.
• Attend pre‑ and post‑shift briefings to coordinate tasks and communicate any issues.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, responding to requests promptly and politely.
• Adapt to schedule changes, multicultural team dynamics, and shifting priorities.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
