Remote Customer Support Representative – Women’s Health Products

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for a women’s health product business. You will assist both individual consumers and medical office representatives, providing clear, professional assistance while working fully remotely from Belize.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.
• Respond professionally to product‑related questions, purchasing inquiries, and general customer support requests.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills with clear, easily understood speech.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and a naturally empathetic, patient approach.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently on a dedicated account.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
• i5 processor or higher, 16 GB RAM, dual monitors
• Webcam and wired USB headset
• Fibre internet with Ethernet connection and backup power solution
• Microsoft Teams / Office 365

What we offer

• Pay rate of $6.50 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
• Independent contractor arrangement, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Fully remote work from Belize.
