Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Flask & React) – Remote

About the role

Bluelight is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join its rapidly expanding consultancy. You will work remotely across Latin America, delivering high‑quality, service‑oriented applications that support complex financial reporting and data visualization for high‑value clients.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and ship end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions using Flask, React and related technologies.
• Continuously refactor and optimise existing codebases following Agile practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and data‑engineering teams to extract, parse and serve multi‑billion‑dollar asset analytics.
• Provide consulting expertise that directly impacts client business outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience building backend services with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy and Celery.
• Strong front‑end experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React for scalable SPA architectures.
• Extensive work with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and advanced data‑access patterns.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, remote consultancy environments and deliver client‑focused results.
