Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and help us build strong talent pipelines that support our business growth. In this role you will lead the Talent Acquisition team, drive recruitment strategies, monitor hiring performance, and partner closely with Operations, Training, and Marketing to ensure we attract and hire the right talent at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as productivity, quality, time‑to‑fill, and hiring results.
• Partner with Operations to forecast hiring needs and recruitment capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and selection processes.
• Establish consistent interview and selection standards across recruitment teams.
• Analyze performance feedback to improve candidate profiles and hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and resolve recruitment escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing people and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and 95% English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑oriented, service‑focused mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
