Talent Acquisition Manager – Lead Recruitment Function

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and help us build strong talent pipelines that support our business growth. In this role you will lead the Talent Acquisition team, drive recruitment strategies, monitor hiring performance, and partner closely with Operations, Training, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, productivity, quality, time‑to‑fill, and hiring results.
• Partner with Operations to forecast hiring needs and recruitment capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and selection processes.
• Establish consistent interview and selection standards across recruitment teams.
• Partner with Marketing on employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
• Monitor the recruitment funnel and improve candidate conversion and experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar Talent Acquisition roles.
• Experience managing people and leading teams.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategies and recruitment tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• 95% English proficiency and strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
