Talent Acquisition Manager – Lead Recruitment Function

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and build strong talent pipelines that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Design recruitment strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as productivity, quality, time‑to‑fill and hiring results.
• Partner with Operations to forecast hiring needs and recruitment capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and selection processes and establish consistent interview standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and resolve recruitment escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Proven experience managing people and leading teams.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and 95 % English proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑oriented, service‑focused mindset with solid planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
