About the role
Mastercard is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial VP to lead and scale the Corporate Solutions Services business. The role will define and execute a go‑to‑market strategy that unlocks new revenue streams, expands monetizable offerings, and drives disciplined performance across Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF).
Key responsibilities
- Expand existing services (e.g., SSO, Loyalty, Deploy) to CNPF by calibrating value propositions, piloting with anchor clients, and proving impact at scale.
- Build a segment‑led service roadmap, delivering 2–3 flagship offerings in partnership with product, studios, and analytics.
- Codify best practices, embed governance, and share playbooks across regions and segments to optimise the portfolio.
- Design and execute the services GTM strategy, including segmentation, packaging, pricing, and channel motions aligned to CNPF priorities.
- Own the CNPF services sales pipeline across Americas, APAC, EMEA, forecast accurately and maintain healthy coverage ratios.
- Coordinate post‑sale execution with the Services Delivery team to ensure time‑to‑value and referenceable success.
- Embed AI as a competitive advantage by partnering with acquired SaaS businesses and internal platforms to launch AI‑enhanced services.
- Establish a single source of truth for services revenue and pipeline, running a monthly performance cadence with clear KPIs and corrective actions.
Required profile
- Senior executive with proven experience scaling high‑value services businesses for commercial customers.
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated capability to drive pipeline growth, executive client engagement, and disciplined execution.
- Experience identifying and executing M&A opportunities to strengthen service platforms.
