About the role

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned manager to expand its reach in North America through strategic channel partners focused on payment security and insights solutions. You will drive partner recruitment, onboarding, revenue activation and growth, acting as a key revenue‑generating leader within the fintech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and refine the ideal partner profile in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Research, qualify and engage potential partners such as processors, acquirers, fintech firms, data providers and ISVs.
  • Develop compelling joint business plans and sales targets aligned with Mastercard strategy.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline to meet recruitment and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, activate partner revenue and monitor ongoing performance.
  • Collaborate with internal product and sales teams to bring vetted partner solutions to Mastercard customers.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partnerships or alliance management within the payments or fintech sector.
  • Strong understanding of payment security, chargeback mitigation and payments data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quota‑carrying, revenue‑producing targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
