Rental Manager – Rent Manager Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Rental Manager who is an expert in the Rent Manager ecosystem. This role focuses on advanced system administration, workflow optimization, and comprehensive property management operations within a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update property, tenant, owner, lease, and unit records in Rent Manager.
• Handle day‑to‑day property management workflows, including charges, payments, and account updates.
• Manage maintenance requests, work orders, vendors, and related operational tasks.
• Generate, review, and interpret Rent Manager reports for financial and operational tracking.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, support rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and owner statements.
• Configure system settings, templates, and workflows; troubleshoot routine issues.
• Coordinate data exchange between Rent Manager and other accounting, CRM, or communication platforms.
• Create and maintain SOPs for all Rent Manager‑related processes.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience using Rent Manager (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of residential property management workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or other) are highly preferred.
