About the role
The Advisors Research Center (ARC) at Mastercard is seeking a senior Research Manager to lead quantitative market research and drive data‑innovation across global projects. You will oversee the full research lifecycle, from study design through fieldwork, analysis, and insight delivery, while integrating AI and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end quantitative research workstreams for global and regional studies.
- Lead fieldwork execution, including sample management, quality checks, and panel coordination.
- Own data analysis and insight development, ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant, and decision‑focused.
- Translate quantitative findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Apply AI and automation tools to streamline research workflows such as data cleaning, quality assurance, analysis, and visualization.
- Experiment with new analytical approaches, including automated coding and advanced statistical techniques.
- Identify opportunities to standardise, streamline, or automate repetitive research processes.
Required profile
- Experienced market researcher with a strong grasp of designing, fielding, analyzing, and reporting quantitative studies.
- Proven ability to incorporate AI and automation tools into the research lifecycle.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with consulting teams and internal stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality, decision‑ready insights.
