About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s Global AI Community as a Multimodal AI Content Expert. You will help train and evaluate AI systems that process images, video, and audio together, ensuring outputs are accurate, context‑aware, and culturally appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Cross‑Modal Verification: Compare AI‑generated media against complex text prompts to confirm alignment.
• Visual‑Semantic Analysis: Audit image and video datasets for correct object identification, spatial relationships, and cultural nuances.
• Temporal & Contextual Auditing: Review long‑form video content for logical consistency and memory retention throughout the clip.
• Multimodal Safety & Bias Detection: Spot safety risks that emerge only when media are combined.
• Instruction Tuning for Media: Design detailed prompts that teach models to describe visual scenes with technical and artistic precision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or Information Security.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language.
• English proficiency of at least B1 level.
• Exceptional analytical eye for pixel‑level anomalies.
• Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
