Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and dispatch of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing technicians using Fusion software. The role involves managing both emergency and preventive maintenance calls in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing trades using Fusion.
• Schedule emergency service calls and routine preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor technician routes, job progress and overall scheduling efficiency.
• Update work orders, job statuses and customer records in real time.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely job completion.
• Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Support 24/7 coverage by handling after‑hours and emergency dispatch needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Fusion dispatch software.
• Background coordinating residential and commercial service projects.
• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical or similar field service.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment and performing well under pressure.
