Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting and data analysis. The role involves interpreting financial information, identifying trends, preparing reports and providing insights to aid business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, business performance and operational metrics.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow and key financial indicators.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate differences between actual and planned results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets and models.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and key metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems or BI tools.
• Ability to perform variance analysis and interpret complex financial information.
