Full-stack Python AI Engineer

About the role

Join a leading technology services firm to own and deliver end‑to‑end features for an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. This full‑stack position focuses primarily on backend development while also involving regular frontend work, allowing you to contribute across the entire production‑grade AI system.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines and supporting API services.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces within an established design system.
• Validate agent behavior against evaluation sets rather than spot checks.
• Balance work across the stack with a roughly 70 % backend and 30 % frontend focus.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python (8+ years for lead scope).
• Proficiency in integrating large language models (LLMs) and building RAG pipelines in production.
• Working knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Availability to work Pacific Standard Time hours and advanced English proficiency.
