Full‑stack Python AI Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑stack Python AI Engineer to own end‑to‑end features of an enterprise AI assistant that serves thousands of employees. The position is fully remote and combines backend development, frontend work, and AI model integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain agent and skill integrations, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and supporting API services.
• Build and update frontend interfaces using the company’s design system.
• Validate agent behavior against comprehensive evaluation sets.
• Balance workload across the stack, with roughly 70 % backend and 30 % frontend effort.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python development (8+ years for lead‑level responsibilities).
• Hands‑on experience delivering LLM integrations and production RAG pipelines with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend work.
• Practical experience with AWS services.
• Availability to work Pacific Standard Time hours and advanced English communication skills.
