About the role

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for a women’s health product business. The role serves both individual consumers and medical office representatives, requiring clear communication and a professional, patient approach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.
• Respond professionally to product‑related questions and general inquiries, assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Provide clear, accurate information within guidelines and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliable coverage throughout the scheduled workday.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear, easily understood speech.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and empathetic, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently, reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous inbound customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
