Remote Customer Support Representative – Women’s Health

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for a women’s health product business. The role serves both individual consumers and medical office representatives, requiring clear communication and a professional, patient approach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.
• Respond professionally to product‑related questions, purchasing inquiries, and general customer concerns.
• Provide clear, accurate information within guidelines and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability throughout the assigned schedule.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear, easily understood speech.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and empathetic communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and maintain punctual attendance.
• Previous experience in inbound customer service or call‑center support is preferred.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
• i5 processor or higher with 16 GB RAM

What we offer

• Pay rate: $6.50 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, fully remote from Belize.
