About the role

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for a women’s health product business. The role serves both individual consumers and medical office representatives, requiring clear communication and a professional, patient approach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.
• Respond professionally to product‑related questions, purchasing inquiries, and general customer concerns.
• Provide accurate information within guidelines and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability throughout the scheduled workday.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with clear, easily understood speech.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and empathetic communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on a dedicated support account.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

• Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
• 16 GB RAM, i5 processor or higher
• Dual monitors, webcam, and wired USB headset
• Fibre internet with Ethernet connection and backup power solution
• Microsoft Teams / Office 365

What we offer

• Pay rate of $6.50 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
• Independent contractor position with a fully remote work arrangement.
