Remote Customer Support Representative – Women’s Health Products

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for a women’s health product business. The role involves assisting both individual consumers and medical office representatives with product inquiries and purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.
• Respond professionally to product‑related questions and general inquiries.
• Assist customers with purchasing women’s health products and provide clear, accurate information.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability throughout the assigned schedule.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills with clear, easily understood speech.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and a naturally empathetic, patient, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently, reliable attendance, and punctuality.
• Previous experience in inbound customer service or call‑center support is preferred.

What we offer

• Pay rate: $6.50 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
• Independent contractor position, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Fully remote work arrangement from Belize.
