About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Conversation Class Trainer, delivering live online language group lessons to business professionals worldwide. You will help executives, managers and specialists improve their English‑Spanish communication skills in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live online group lessons using goFLUENT’s proven teaching methodology.
• Facilitate interactive virtual classrooms that encourage participation and confidence.
• Adapt lesson content to diverse professional audiences such as engineers, doctors, lawyers and scientists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Comfortable teaching through video‑conferencing platforms.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
• Dedicated quiet workspace equipped with a PC or Mac meeting the specified hardware requirements.
