About the role

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance and Grounds Personnel to keep our beachfront property in top condition. The role involves daily upkeep of the beach, lawn, pool area and surrounding outdoor spaces, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping.
• Carry out exterior repairs and basic maintenance of property structures.
• Maintain the beach, lawn and pool areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Required profile

• Basic repair and maintenance abilities.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Residence in Placencia or Santa Cruz; housing is not provided.

Required skills

• Electrical experience (preferred).
• Plumbing experience (preferred).
• Landscaping and groundskeeping skills.
