Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across Latin America. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects align with business strategy, and delivering high‑quality applications for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily Scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Define project goals, objectives, schedules, and budgets in line with client strategies.
• Allocate resources and monitor progress to meet milestones.
• Track, document, and report project status, quality metrics, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt resource plans as project needs evolve.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
