About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Remote Customer Representative to provide professional assistance to our customers through online channels. The role involves handling inquiries, reservations and ongoing service needs while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other online communication platforms.
• Gather information about customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable services.
• Research available options and assist with reservation requests, confirmations and updates.
• Answer questions about available options, handle modifications and special requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Provide courteous, responsive service that reflects a customer‑focused attitude.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong organization and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable using email and online platforms; basic computer and research skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work reliably in a remote environment.
• Previous customer‑facing experience is helpful but not required.
