Cold Caller – Outbound Sales Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cold Caller based in Belize to engage busy business owners, hold genuine conversations, and convert interest into qualified sales appointments for our team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Deliver a clear, conversational pitch and adapt it to each prospect.
• Ask qualifying questions about their business, marketing efforts, and goals.
• Handle common objections such as “I’m busy,” “We already have someone,” or “Send me information.”
• Book qualified appointments and ensure prospects understand the call’s purpose.
• Follow up with interested prospects to confirm attendance.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and follow‑up tasks in the CRM.
• Meet agreed targets for call volume, qualified appointments, and attended meetings.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Belize and available during U.S. business hours.
• Experience cold calling or setting appointments with U.S. prospects, preferably business owners.
• Fluent, clear English communication over the phone.
• Strong listening skills, ability to ask useful questions, and keep conversations moving.
• Resilient to rejection, consistent performance, and open to feedback.
• Comfortable using a dialer, CRM, and online calendar.
• Reliable internet, computer, quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
