Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Seal's remote outbound sales team based in Belize to introduce our GxP execution system to potential customers in the United States and Canada. You will engage quality and operations professionals, start meaningful conversations, and arrange introductory meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to contacts at approved target companies.
• Explain Seal’s solution and determine relevance for an introduction.
• Handle questions and objections thoughtfully and professionally.
• Book introductory meetings and follow up to ensure attendance.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, contact details, and next‑step actions.
• Participate in product training, call reviews, and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• English proficiency at CEFR C2 level with exceptional speaking and listening skills.
• Clear, precise articulation and confidence when speaking to North American business buyers.
• Thoughtful judgement: listen closely, ask considered questions, and respond without relying on a script.
• Diligence: thorough preparation, strong organization, reliable attendance, and follow‑through on commitments.
• Strong attention to detail in names, company information, meeting arrangements, and CRM records.
• Availability for 40 hours per week aligned with North American business hours.
• Authorization to work in Belize.

Required skills

• Experience in outbound calling, B2B sales, or appointment setting (helpful but not mandatory).

What we offer

• Base pay of BZ$10 per paid working hour (approximately US$5).
• Additional BZ$100 (US$50) for each qualifying introductory meeting that takes place.
• All required working time—including training, preparation, calls, CRM updates, and follow‑ups—is paid.
• At 40 hours per week, average monthly base pay is about BZ$1,733 (US$867) before deductions.
