Trainer – Training & Development

About the role

As a Trainer in the Training & Development department, you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs for contact‑center staff. Reporting to the Director of Training, you will work both virtually and on‑site to enhance employee performance across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct group or individual training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Develop and update training outlines, materials and presentations in collaboration with Instructional Designers.
• Assess training effectiveness, gather feedback and maintain attendance records.
• Coordinate with Training and Performance Managers to identify needs and map training paths.
• Promote a cohesive office environment and provide peer mentoring.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and ability to inject fun into training.
• Self‑motivated, organized, reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
• Critical thinking, dependability and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
