Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

About the role

itel is hiring bilingual customer service representatives in Belize City on a full-time basis. The representative provides professional, courteous and efficient customer support in both English and Spanish across inbound and outbound calls, live chats and other digital channels, acting as a key point of contact for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chats and other assigned channels in both English and Spanish
• Provide accurate, timely and professional assistance with a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Identify customer needs, investigate concerns and offer solutions in line with company policies and procedures
• Handle sensitive customer information responsibly, in line with confidentiality policies and data protection requirements
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service that builds customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty
• Maintain professionalism and composure with difficult or dissatisfied customers
• Meet performance standards such as quality assurance, customer satisfaction, attendance, productivity and response-time targets

Required profile

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
