About the role

Join the hospitality team at Harvest Caye, a premier Caribbean island destination, as a Busser. You will support the dining area by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for guests, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set, clean, and reset tables, including polishing silverware and removing dirty dishes.
• Assist waitstaff by delivering food and drinks, refilling beverages, and responding to guest needs during service.
• Maintain overall dining area cleanliness: sweep floors, mop, wipe down menus, and keep side stations stocked.
• Practice full hands‑in/full hands‑out procedures and change sanitizing buckets every two hours or as needed.
• Adjust floor plans by moving tables and chairs for larger groups.
• Keep trash cans clean and emptied in the service area.
• Prioritize and complete all assigned side work and station duties.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move tables throughout shifts.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and proper table settings.
