Concierge – Guest Services

About the role

As a Concierge on Harvest Caye, you will deliver a personalized guest‑service experience, anticipating and fulfilling the needs of up to 4,000 cruise passengers each day. You will be the face of the island’s hospitality, ensuring every visitor enjoys seamless access to activities, amenities, and exclusive services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Information Center and provide detailed information on island excursions, water sports, and nature experiences.
• Manage Wave Runner check‑ins, pool cabana reservations, double‑day‑bed loungers, and Luxury Beach Villa requests.
• Coordinate with activity providers to schedule zip‑lining, jet‑skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, and other shore excursions.
• Address guest concerns promptly, offering solutions that exceed expectations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of island facilities, schedules, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and problem‑resolution abilities.
• Active listening and the capacity to anticipate guest needs.
• Flexibility to work during peak ship‑arrival periods and on‑site at the island.
