CRM Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to lead the execution of our VIP Audiences & Experiences function. The role is fully remote and focuses on building AI‑driven outreach sequences that turn high‑value contacts into measurable sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run multi‑touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail and event follow‑up for VIP account segments.
• Create and maintain AI‑assisted automation workflows linking outreach, CRM and data enrichment tools.
• Use Claude daily for copy generation, contact research, account intelligence and workflow logic.
• Track pipeline metrics such as meetings booked, accounts expanded and revenue influenced.
• Own data enrichment processes to keep VIP contact records accurate and actionable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or outbound marketing within a US‑based B2B company.
• Background in B2B SaaS or tech services.
• Hands‑on experience with outreach automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Reply.io).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools with prompt‑engineering skills, preferably Claude.
• Experience building automation workflows with Zapier, n8n or Make.com.
• Proficiency in a major CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• STEM or quantitative degree, or strong data‑oriented track record.
• Advanced English proficiency.
