Marketing Specialist - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Marketing Specialist. The role designs and manages AI-enabled workflows for enterprise production, owns the end-to-end request process and works at the intersection of cross-functional stakeholders, with a direct impact on pipeline generation and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for the intake, processing and optimization of production requests.
• Manage production projects from request through delivery.
• Build and maintain automations and integrations for adjacent workflows such as surveys and content audits, using AI and no-code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control and brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: 1+ year supporting cross-functional business initiatives; 1+ year with no-code or low-code tools; experience in B2B or tech marketing roles.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow integration (1+ year).
• No-code or low-code tools (nice to have).
