Bilingual Marketing Assistant

About the role

CustomerHD is looking for a highly organized, analytical and proactive Marketing Assistant to support a high-volume personal injury law firm client. The role is full-time and in office in Belize City, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working through email, chat, phone, social media, video (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams) and data entry. You will track campaign metrics, coordinate vendor relations and firm events, and keep the team's schedule running.

Key responsibilities

• Data analysis and monthly reporting: collect, compile and reconcile marketing metrics across internal and external channels, build and maintain marketing spreadsheets with complex formulas, pivot tables and data visualisation, and produce monthly reports on lead generation, campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
• Vendor management and event coordination: research, vet and negotiate prices with vendors, venues and suppliers, and help with event logistics such as catering, merchandise ordering, vendor onboarding and on-site or remote support.
• Administrative and schedule management: manage executive and marketing department calendars, coordinate meetings, track deliverables and prevent scheduling conflicts, and support documentation and ad-hoc team work.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in a marketing support or marketing administrative role; prior experience supporting legal or professional services is an asset but not required.
• High accuracy in pulling, cross-referencing and synthesising data from multiple platforms.
• Able to manage several priorities under tight deadlines while keeping executive calendars and projects structured.
• Polished verbal and written English for working with firm partners, vendors and community contacts.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested formulas, pivot tables, dynamic charts)
• Video conferencing tools and productivity suites (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
