Dishwasher

About the role

The Dishwasher will ensure the efficient cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen and service areas at our premier island resort. Working closely with the food and beverage team, you will maintain high hygiene standards in accordance with local public health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment (pot washer, glass washer, dishwasher) and ensure proper temperature control.
• Clean, sanitize and organize the dishwashing, glass washing, pot washing and garbage areas.
• Stock and restock clean utensils, supplies and equipment for staff use.
• Safely store products and supplies, adhering to temperature and safety guidelines.
• Assist in set‑up and breakdown of special events as needed.
• Perform additional duties assigned to exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Ability to follow local public health and sanitation regulations.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving supplies throughout shifts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support other departments.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Basic inventory management for supplies and utensils.
