Remote Customer Support Representative – Women’s Health Products

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and emails for a women’s health product business. You will assist both individual consumers and medical office representatives, providing clear, patient, and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and emails from consumers and medical office representatives.
• Answer product‑related questions and general inquiries, guiding customers through purchasing decisions.
• Communicate with empathy and professionalism, especially on sensitive health topics.
• Provide accurate information within guidelines and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability throughout the scheduled workday.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills with clear, easily understood speech.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and a naturally empathetic, patient approach.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to consistent attendance.
• Previous experience in inbound customer service, call‑center or email support is preferred.

What we offer

• Pay rate: $6.50 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
• Independent contractor position, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• Fully remote work from Belize.
