English-speaking Contact Center Agent in Belmopan

About the role

Go Answer is expanding its Contact Center operations to a brand‑new 500‑seat facility in Belmopan. We are looking for highly motivated, results‑driven Contact Center Agents to join our team in Belize and deliver extraordinary customer experiences in English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Provide caring, empathetic customer service and resolve complaints, queries, and feedback.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by going the extra mile.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client products and services.
• Follow account procedures or scripts while adding a personal touch.
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, site navigation, and product usage.
• Meet or exceed contact‑center metrics while maintaining excellent service.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid Belize social security card.
• Experience in call‑center, retail, hospitality, or food‑service environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English with proper pronunciation.
• Positive attitude, strong phone voice, and active listening skills.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and use MS Word/Excel.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable to fast‑paced environments and procedural changes.
• Flexible schedule and clean police record.
