Inside Sales Representative

About the role

This is a high‑volume phone role. You’ll call people who have expressed interest in treatments such as Botox, fillers, weight loss, and skin procedures, qualify them, collect a deposit, and book them into the clinic’s calendar. As the first human voice a new patient hears, you must be sharp, warm, and persuasive.

Key responsibilities

• Dial fresh and follow‑up leads throughout the shift using a power dialer.
• Run a proven call framework to uncover lead needs, build urgency, and present the clinic’s offer.
• Convert leads into prepaid appointments by collecting a deposit at booking.
• End every call with a clear next step – a booked appointment or a confirmed callback.
• Follow up with leads by text when needed.
• Communicate with clinic partners about scheduling questions and appointment updates.
• Maintain accurate notes and statuses in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Log your shift in Slack and track time in Hubstaff.
• Attend daily sales training and participate in call‑audit coaching.
• Submit an accurate end‑of‑day report for each shift.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or outbound call‑center work.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily and handling rejection without losing energy.
• Clear, confident spoken English with a friendly, natural phone presence.
• Ability to handle objections (price, timing, “I need to think about it”) without being pushy.
• Coachable – you take feedback from call audits and apply it immediately.
• Organized and reliable with notes, CRM updates, and daily reporting.
• Quiet workspace, reliable high‑speed internet, and a quality headset.
• Available for shift hours in U.S. Pacific or Eastern time zones.
