Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English & Spanish)

About the role

AI Case Leads is seeking remote bilingual professionals to serve as the first point of contact for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents. You will help potential clients connect with partner law firms by gathering information, qualifying cases, and delivering a compassionate customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking legal assistance.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to previously interested prospects.
• Collect accurate accident and client details and document them in the CRM.
• Apply the qualification process to determine case eligibility.
• Transfer qualified leads to partner law firms while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and communication throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish (native or fluent).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Professional, reliable, self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
