Workday Analyst – Remote (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Workday Analyst, supporting the configuration and enhancement of Workday modules across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Workday Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
• Support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Gather and analyze requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, and global partners.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configuration and custom reports.
• Provide training to cross‑functional teams on Workday concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience using Workday Report Writer or building custom dashboards.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.
